Is it okay to extend "scroogly" to other animals? And when the first feathers grow in, are chicks scroogly?
Used to have a friend whose husband raised a flock of parakeets. Much scroogly.
I think scroogly should expand and evolve to whatever creatures could use it. Baby chicks are DEFINITELY scroogly.
When my long-haired cat hit 19-20, she was scroogly. She wouldn’t let me brush her to help.

Loved seeing pics of your birds!! My Quaker is scroogly right now and he absolutely will not let us touch his pin feathers! 😂
Those feathers must be so itchy/hurty! My son's sun conure and our grey lets us scritch the scroogs, but one wrong move and it's bitey time.
